All individuals added to your Golflinx account can become a paid member and can participate in activities.

Reservations must be made online with confirmations sent to your registered email. Availability is first-come, first-served.

Only one discount applies per booking and cannot be combined with other promotions.

Refunds are possible for specific circumstances (e.g., cancellations by Golflinx or medical issues supported by a doctor’s certificate). Service fees are refundable (70%), but administration fees (30%) are not.

Golflinx reserves the right to refuse participation to individuals deemed incompatible with the event or other participants.

Golflinx will comply with relevant data protection laws, ensuring that your personal information is handled securely and not shared without consent.

You accept the risks involved in activities and waive liability for any injuries or accidents, including those caused by your own or others' negligence.

You certify that all participants on your account are physically fit to engage in the activities and haven't been advised against participation by a doctor.

You grant Golflinx permission to use any photos or videos taken during activities for promotional purposes.

You acknowledge the health risks, including potential exposure to diseases like COVID-19, and accept responsibility for obtaining necessary health precautions.

You are financially responsible for any damage caused by anyone registered on your account to the facilities. (No Financial Liability) could indicate that Golflinx won’t be held liable for damages that are not their fault or outside of their control.

You agree to protect and compensate Golflinx against any financial claims or damages arising from participation by you or those registered on your account.

This document represents the complete agreement governing your participation in Golflinx activities and cannot be modified without mutual consent.

By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the document and agree to release Golflinx from liability for yourself and anyone associated with your account.
